English: Aboard USS Carl Vinson (CVN 70), Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, WA (Apr. 12, 2002) -- Aviation Electrician’s Mate 2nd Class Scott Williams from Madison, FL, grinds down a bulkhead during one of many renovation projects aboard Vinson. Sailors are temporarily assigned to renovation teams responsible for the refurbishment and improvement projects aboard Vinson during their maintenance availability.
