English: A special forces team comprised of Peruvian navy sailors approaches the Colombian ship ARC Buenaventura (BL 162) in a rigid hull inflatable boat while engaging in visit, board, search and seizure exercises during Fuerzas Alidas PANAMAX 2007 while under way in the Pacific Ocean Sept. 1, 2007. The U.S. Southern Command joint, multinational training exercise brings together military and civil forces from 19 countries to promote interoperability to counter threats to the Panama Canal.
