English: A U.S. Navy sailor prepares to latch a cargo pendant to the underbelly of an HH-60H Seahawk helicopter while standing on the deck of the USNS Niagara Falls (T-AFS 3) that is underway off the coast of the Philippines prior to a humanitarian flight to Kalibo, Philippines, on June 29, 2008. The Ronald Reagan Carrier Strike Group is providing humanitarian assistance and disaster relief to victims of Typhoon Fengshen, which struck the Philippines June 23, 2008.
