Description |
Eagle's Nest Trail: about 2 kilometres past the Calabogie Peaks Resort, on Calabogie Road, you will see a highway layby where you can park. The trail head is just across the road and is sign-posted. The hike from here is only a couple of kilometres in. The main trail is an abandoned logging road, but the best hike is off the main trail along the escarpment as there are several fine lookouts along the way. Here is a link the describes the various trails to get to the Eagle's Nest: https://www.calabogie.com/images/pdf/earthwalk2010.pdf |
