Summaryedit
Description |
English: Lake Gleink is located at the north border of the mountain ridge of Totes Gebirge in Spital am Pyhrn (Upper Austria) at 806 m a.s.l.. It is approximately 600 m long, has 400 m in width an an average depth of 25 m. At one point there is a funnel-shaped run to a depth of approximately 125 m. The lake was probably scraped out by a small glacier. The remaining moraine is the damming of the lake in the north. The Seespitz (lake pike, 1574 m) is the natural barrage of the lake to the south.
