Føroyskt: Vágur er bygd í Suðuroynni. Á myndini sæst hvussu stutt er millum eystur og vestursíðuna av Suðuroynni. Vatnið er mitt ímillum Vágsfjørð og Vágseiði. Vágshøll og fótbóltsvøllurin hjá FC Suðuroy er tætt við Vágseiði.
