English: In the Gostynin-Wloclawek nature reserve several White-tailed Eagles Haliaeetus albicilla overwinter; this is a natural habitat for these gigantic birds. Here an adult eagle defends its prey caught at sunrise with the typical gesture of a raised beak and short guttural calls.
