Floire Nathanael Daub, projektleder för Interregprojeket The Scandinavian 8 Million City som utreder och driver lobbyverksamhet för att få tillstånd bättre järnvägsförbindelser mellan Oslo och København, Fotograferad vid Oslo sentralstasjon den 1 oktober 2010. The Scandinavian 8 million City är fortsättningen på projektet Coinco North och har som mål att skapa höghastighetsjärnväg mellan Oslo-Göteborg-Köpenhamn som tillsammans utgör en region med 8 miljoner invånare. The Scandinavian 8 million city finansieras av EU via Interreg IV A Öresund Kattegatt Skagerak samt av 14 partners, däribland Oslo kommun, Göteborgs stad, Helsingborgs stad, Malmö stad, Københavns Kommune, Region Skåne, Region Halland, Region Hovedstaden, Västra Götalandsregionen och Trafikverket.
