More jobs means more money to go round, and a chance for people to work their own way out of poverty. And with the demand for cement still going up – things are set to get better.

As companies grow, they can afford to pay their workers a better wage. Which is why at the National Cement Share Company, even junior workers can earn around five times the average pay packet.
