Retzius-Lines; Oberkiefer Frontzahn, Alter: 21 Jahre, starke Abrasion; Retzius-Linien in der vollen Bildauflösung gut zu erkennen: periodische Linien ("Querstreifung"), zurückzuführen auf Mineralisationsunterschiede während der Amelogenese. Der Abstand schwankt von Linie zu Linie zwischen 4 und 150 μm. Die Retziusstreifen beruhen häufiger auf einer Hypomineralisation als auf einer Hypermineralisation. Von struktureller Bedeutung aller temporären Zähne ist die Neonatallinie, die Grenze zwischen prä- und postnatal gebildetem Schmelz. Sie stellt entwicklungsgeschichtlich und ontogenetisch die erste Retziuslinie im laktalen Zahn dar. |
