Atabaev, Mayor of the Fergana region, sign the official turnover documents between the republic of Uzbekistan and the United States, in accordance with the official decree which entails turning over all the equipment, furniture, and supplies provided during Operation Provide Hope. Provide Hope is a Humanitarian Assistance Mission under the U.S. Department of State.
