Description |
The youngest members of this wedding group look none too happy about the proceedings or their apparel! The photo was taken for/of a Miss Taylor, either in Fethard (Tipperary? Wexford?) - that's all we had, until some mighty good detective work was undertaken... blackpoolbeach found the Taylor family living in Fethard, Wexford in the 1901 census which gave us 24 year old Florence Taylor. He also found us Grangeville, the Taylor home on the OSI historic maps... DannyM8 took up the baton, and from the wedding date and location, got Florence's husband's name. He was Cecil Atkinson, a law student in Hume Street, Dublin in 1901; Barrister-at-Law by the 1911 Census, by which time Florence and Cecil have 3 children, and live on Leeson Street, Dublin...
