Das Foto wurde durch eines der Fenster dieses Röntgen-Photoelektronenspektrometers aufgenommen.
English: A silver target on a copper mount inside an XPS spectrometer under Ultra high vacuum conditions of about 6·10-8 mbar pressure, being irradiated from a water-cooled Aluminum/Magnesium X-Ray gun. This image was taken through one of the windows of this XPS spectrometer.
