Deutsch: Prototyp eines Anoden-Gitter-System eines Quecksilberdampf-Stromrichters für die Hochspannungs-Gleichstrom-Übertragung (HGÜ, HVDC). Wegen Fortschritte auf dem Gebiet der halbleiterbasierenden Thyristoren für die HGÜ-Technik kam dieses System nie zum Einsatz.

Hersteller: BBC, 1965, im Rahmen der Forschungsgemeinschaft für Hochspannungs- und Hochstromtechnik e.V., Mannheim-Rheinau.
