Deutsch: aus dem DEHIO Vorarlberg 1983: KAPELLE, Zu den Sieben Schmerzen Mariä, in Vorderachmühle, beim Gashof Grünen Baum. 1907 erbaut. Rechteckbau mit polygonalem Chor unter Satteldach. Tonnengewölbter Betraum mit je 2 Rundbogenfenstern, eingezogener Chorbogen auf Wandpfeilern, 3/4-Chor mit Stichkappengewölbe. Gerade Empore. Glasgemälde bezeichnet J.Schnitzler Glasmalerei Dornbirn, links Hl.Augustinus, rechts Hl.Wendelin. An der Altarwand Figur Pietá bezeichnet Reich Dornbirn 1907. Figuren Chorbogenkruzifixus, Anfang 20.Jh. Am Chorbogen links Hll. Anna mit Maria, rechts Hl.Josef, 20.Jh. Gemälde links vom Eingang: Anbetung der Könige, von Johann Martin Ulmer 1734, bezeichnet renoviert 1907 M.Mohr, Maler.
