The building is Buzău's city hall, built for this purpose between 1899 and 1903, after the design of Romanian architect Alexandru Săvulescu. This picture shows the Communal Palace facade, seen from the South-East, from the Dacia Square
Română: Palatul Comunal din Buzău, România, cu turnul din colţul de sud. Clădirea este sediul primăriei municipiului Buzău, şi a fost construită pentru acest scop după proiectul arhitectului român Alexandru Săvulescu. Imaginea prezintă faţada Palatului Comunal, văzută dinspre sud-est, din Piaţa Daciei.
Français : Palais communal de Buzău, Roumanie, avec une tour au Sud. Ce bâtiment est l'hôtel de ville, construit à cet effet entre 1899 et 1903, d'après le dessin de l'architecte roumain Alexandru Săvulescu.L'image montre la façade du palais communal, prise depusi le Sud-Est, de la place Dacia.
