Summaryedit

Description
English: Fishing of Gilt-head bream (Sparus aurata) in the entrance of the Etang de Thau.
Fish sensitive to the change in temperature, the Gilt-head bream, having spent the summer in the pond, leaves massively it at the beginning of the autumn to go on the open sea. For the biggest happiness of the fishers which wait for its in this strategic place which is the entry of the Canal of Sète, the inescapable passage of fishes.
The building in background is a former biological station built in 1930 and which belongs now to the Ministry of Education.
Sète, Hérault, France.
