Pêche à la dorade (Sparus aurata) à l'entrée de l'étang de Thau. Poisson sensible au changement de température, la dorade royale, après avoir passé l'été dans l'étang, quitte massivement ce dernier au début de l'automne pour aller en pleine mer. Pour le plus grand bonheur des pecheurs qui l'attendent de pied ferme à cet endroit stratégique qui est l'entrée du canal de Sète, le passage obligé des poissons. Le batiment en arrière plan est une ancienne station biologique construite en 1930 et qui appartient maintenant au Ministère de l’Education Nationale. Sète, Hérault, France.
