English: San Diego, Calif. (Jan. 19, 2005) – Lt. Cmdr. Chris Marlar, assigned to the “Providers” of Fleet Logistics Support Squadron Three Zero (VRC-30), reunites with his daughter after returning home to San Diego, Calif., from deployment. VRC-30 was deployed as part of Carrier Air Wing Two (CVW-2), embarked aboard the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN 72). Lincoln and CVW-2 supported Operation Unified Assistance, the humanitarian relief effort to aid the victims of the tsunami that struck Southeast Asia during their Western Pacific deployment.
