Så kom heldigvis en kvinne til etter en uke, jordmor og sykepleierske Aagot Bjerkebæk, og distriktslæge Petter Albert Heggeløv. Vi skulde arbeide sammen. Her er vårt operasjonstelt. Fra venster: Samen Nils, Hansen, dr. Heggeløv, meg, S. Aagot, Stangebye, dr. Tornøe og fenrik Dypvik.

Fotografiet kommer fra et album gitt til Riksarkivet av sykepleier Marie Lysnes. Våren 1945 deltok hun i opprettelsen av et feltsykehus i Finnmark. Lysnes dokumenterte oppholdet i Finnmark gjennom tekst og bilder. Albumet er en del av privatarkivet etter Marie Lysnes.
