English: Boston, Mass. (July 30, 2005) – U.S. Navy Cmdr. Thomas C. Graves steps aboard USS Constitution prior to becoming the 69th commanding officer of the historic ship. Graves relieved Cmdr. Lewin C. Wright as commanding officer in a ceremony held at sea aboard the 207-year-old vessel.
