Description

La Marina de Guerra del Perú se beneficiará con la concesión por treinta años de un área de su propiedad en Lima, donde se inaugurará un moderno centro comercial en julio próximo.

El ministro de Defensa Pedro Cateriano realizó una visita al flamante complejo ubicado en la avenida Salaverry, donde antes funcionó una sede de la Comandancia General de la Marina.

La Marina concesionó a la empresa privada un área de 70 mil metros cuadrados, donde se realizó una inversión total de 150 millones de dólares. El instituto armado recibirá una importante renta mensual y al término de la concesión, la propiedad revertirá íntegramente a su favor.

Acompañado del comandante general de la Marina, Almirante Carlos Tejada Mera, el ministro Cateriano mostró su complacencia por este importante emprendimiento en beneficio de las Fuerzas Armadas.
