Description

This camera came with a long lens and a copal 3 shutter. And the female threads where the front rise and tilt are adjusted were stripped. I needed a new lensboard for a shorter lens/shutter combination. After a trip to the hardware store, an attempt to cut a new lensboard followed by a visit to the emergency room to repair the finger I cut instead, I was able to fashion a temporary fix. I travel to Martinsburg, WV, Richmond, Williamsburg and Chesapeake, VA and Milton Delaware this week. I think I'll put the Gowland in the car just in case I get a little free time...
