(Oct. 16, 2007) - Members of air department stand fire watch in the hangar bay of Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN 72) during an ordnance onload at Naval Magazine Indian Island. The ship took on more than three million pounds of ordnance during the evolution. Lincoln left her homeport of Everett for a scheduled underway period to include Composite Training Unit Exercise (COMPTUEX), an exercise designed to enhance the cohesive qualities of the ship's strike group.
