English: From the materials for the Alaska-Yukon-Pacific Exposition of 1909, held in Seattle.


"A busy section of Seattle's waterfront". This appears to be pretty far south on the Central Waterfront, near the neighborhood now known as Pioneer Square, almost certainly the Moran Bros. Company Shipyard. The picture was published in 1909, but is probably several years older, because it is before the beginning of the construction of Harbor Island.
