English: Mazar-e-Sharif, Afghanistan--A German PA-200 Tornado gets ready to take off while another one soars in the sky at Mazar-e-Sharif, Jan. 12. The Germans are helping ISAF in assisting the Afghan government in extending and exercising its authority and influence across the country, creating the conditions for stabilization and reconstruction.
