Description URUZGAN, Afghanistan (March 31, 2005) – Col. Richard Itines from the U.S. Army Special Operations Command, Task Force Victory, gives medical assistance to a local national and his little brother at Deh Rawod fire base, Uruzgan, Afghanistan, March 25.
