Automated repair process for fibre composites. Schnelle, genaue und automatische Reparatur-Vorbereitung. Die manuelle Reparatur sowie das Re-Work von CFK-Bauteilen ist zeitaufwändig und arbeitsintensiv. Dies gilt insbesondere für das Schäften zur Vorbereitung der Patch-Reparatur. Mit dem geometrisch adaptiven 5-Achs-Fräsen lassen sich unterschiedlich geformte CFK-Bauteile vollautomatisch schäften. Die Automatisierungslösung von BCT reduziert den Zeitaufwand erheblich und verbessert gleichzeitg die Qualität der Reparaturvorbereitung. Zur Anpassung an unterschiedliche Aufgaben lässt sich die BCT-Software sowohl auf mobilen als auch auf stationären CN-Fräsen installieren. (Firma: BCT)
