Summary

English: Title: Watts Bar steam plant. Partial view of generator hall with one of 60,000 kva turbines in foreground. Gray ceramic tile floor, blue-gray tile walls, exposed steel work designed for maximum simplicity with rigid frame roof arches, precast concrete slabs, continuous glass brick above crane rail level. Units in light cream with a rich tan over portions of the machinery subject to particularly high temperatures.
