English: Carabiners of the "not for climbing" variety, blue and red. One came with either a water bottle or a backpack (I don't remember which), the other was in a 3-pack at the 99¢ store. The left one is held open–using paper in the hinge–to show the lack of a pin-and-hook at the closure, which prevents the gate of the carabiner from bearing load. This contributes to the 150 lb. load limit and to the low manufacturing costs. Background is a white Ikea tabletop. Brightness has been increased to show detail.
Español: Mosquetones.
