English: Pacific Ocean (Feb. 25, 2005) - A live MK-82 500 pound general-purpose bomb creates a large explosion on the surface of the Pacific Ocean during Carrier Air Wing Two's (CVW-2) Air Power Demonstration aboard the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN 72). The MK-82 is a free-fall, non-guided general-purpose 500-pound bomb. Abraham Lincoln and embarked Carrier Air Wing Two (CVW-2) are currently returning from a deployment to the Western Pacific Ocean and are enjoying a Tiger Cruise en route from Hawaii to San Diego, California.
