Caractéristique de la diode OA85

  • Prenons une diode germanium type OA85
  • Appliquons à cette diode à pointe un courant progressivement croissant, d’abord dans le sens anode à cathode.
  • On obtient les valeurs données dans le tableau suivant.
  • Fonction détectrice anode cathode :
Intensité en milliampères 0,005 mA 0,05 mA 0,1 mA 10 mA 30 mA
Tension en volts + sur l’anode et - sur la cathode de la diode pour une température ambiante de 25°C 0,05 V 0,125 V 0,2 V 1,15 V 2,05 V
Tension en volts + sur l’anode et - sur la cathode de la diode pour une température ambiante de 60°C 0,03 V 0,06 V 0,13 V 1,05 V 1,95 V


  • On obtient pour la diode la plus sensible d'un échantillon de diodes type : OA85,
  • On obtient les valeurs données dans le tableau suivant.
  • Fonction détectrice anode cathode :
Intensité en milliampères de la plus sensible diode de l'échantillon 0,1 mA 10 mA 30 mA
Tension en volts + sur l’anode et - sur la cathode pour une température ambiante de 25°C 0,1 V 0,65 V 1 V
Tension en volts + sur l’anode et - sur la cathode pour une température ambiante de 60°C 0,05 V 0,55 V 0,9 V


  • Fonction détectrice cathode anode sur la diode Germanium OA85.
  • Appliquons une tension progressivement croissant, pour une intensité dans le sens cathode à anode.
Tension en volts - sur l’anode et + sur la cathode 1,5 V 10 V 75 V 100 V
Intensité en microampères dans la diode 1,2 µA 2,5 µA 35 µA 75 µA
