English: Okinawa, Japan (May 09, 2006) - Culinary Specialist 3rd Guangfeng Zhou and Culinary Specialist 1st Class David Rhoads assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion Four (NMCB-4) prepares food to be used in a competition dinner. Four Culinary Specialists from NMCB-4 competed in the Food Services Inc. Armed Forces RIron ChefS Competition held on Kadena Air Force Base.
