Summary

Description
Enoch Smoky
Enoch Smoky is notable mainly because he was one of John P. Harrington's chief assistants at the time Mr. Harrington was gathering data for his book The Vocabulary of the Kiowa Language, Bureau of American Ethnology, Bulletin 84. This photograph was made by Soule when Enoch was a small boy, and was labeled, probably as a joke, "Kiowa Warrior."
