Description Cedar Falls, IA, June 10, 2008 -- Hundreds of volunteers place sandbags along the levee in Cedar Falls, IA. The Cedar River rose to a record high of 102 feet, endangering the town of Cedar Falls, IA. Storms have inconvenienced many people throughout Iowa.
