English: A 1000-rouble banknote with three swasticas (one in the center, two under 1000 numbers - barely visible in this scan). Issued by the Russian Provisional Government (first signature is that of I .P. Shipov, interim head of the State Bank). This type of 1000 and 250-rouble notes was authorized for printing April 26, 1917. This particular scan looks too bright and too saturated - actual notes are darker and duller.
