This is to Certify that — No. — is a just and lawfully constituted Lodge of Ancient Free and Accepted Masons, working under a Charter from the Most Worshipful Grand Lodge of —. Dated at — this — day of — A.D. — A.L. —. Sr. Sec.
This is to certify that Alex. F. Clark whose signature appears upon the margin in his own handwriting has been regularly Initiated as an Entered Apprentice, Passed to the Degree of a Fellow Craft, and Raised to the Sublime Degree of a Master Mason, and that he is now a member of Rising Sun Lodge No. 103 located at Saratoga Springs, N.Y.
