(...)baptizei solenemente um indivíduo do sexo masculino a quem dei o nome de António e que nasceu no bairro novo da Estação desta freguesia às três horas da tarde do dia vinte e oito do mês de Abril do supradito ano, filho legítimo e primeiro do nome de António de Oliveira e Maria do Resgate, proprietários e naturais aquele desta freguesia e esta da de Santa Comba Dão, desta diocese, onde foram recebidos e são paroquianos e moradores nesta; neto paterno de Manuel de Oliveira e Teresa Pais e materno de José de Lemos Salazar e Felicidade Rita de Santa Comba Dão. Foi padrinho o bacharel António Xavier Perestrelo Corte-Real, casado, e madrinha sua filha D. Maria de Pina Perestrelo, solteira, proprietários, naturais aquele da freguesia de Papízios, concelho do Carregal do Sal, desta diocese, e esta desta freguesia, representados pelos seus bastantes procuradores Francisco Alves da Silva e Luísa da Piedade, casados, aquele carpinteiro, esta dona de casa, naturais da supradita freguesia de Santa Comba Dão, os quais todos sei serem os próprios. E para constar lavrei em duplicado este assento, colando no original um selo de oitenta reis por mim devidamente inutilizado, que, depois de ser lido e conferido perante às pessoas autorizadas pelo padrinho e madrinha, comigo não assinaram por não saberem escrever. Era ut supra.
