Injector of steam locomotive. Note that this isn't the injector itself, it's the steam control valve to it (larger round control wheel with protruding bar) and the feedwater clack valve where the feedwater from the injector enters the boiler. The injector itself is usually beneath the cab floor, so as to provide a gravity feed from the water tanks.
